The Best Workout Tracker App.

Setgraph is an amazing app. It’s so nice to be able to easily see my progression in my lifts over the past few weeks and months. The barbell assist for how many plates I need to load up is also really helpful. Creating different workouts is easy and intuitive. It also tracks how long since the last time you’ve done a lift with the weight, sets, and reps. It’s worth getting the premium too! I’ve also contacted the app developers with various questions, and they’ve always responded quickly and with good info! 11/10! 💯 recommended!

It helps with discipline in my case and tracking my progress is a huge motivator!!!

Very Useful. One of the best gym apps I've used. The addition of a rest timer is a great feature. The app also includes a 1rm calculator with reps and % which is useful if you need some help deciding what weights to use!

I've tracked workouts for 20 years. Paper, excel, BodySpace, etc. Setgraph is easy and provides enough information to ensure progression.

This app has a lot of great features that I never thought I’d need. I upgraded to the Pro version and it’s well worth the cost.

Super useful. This app is super useful for tracking weight and pushing you to do more weight, you can tell it your pr and it’ll give you a good working weight that will challenge you and improve your max for that exercise. It’s also good for looking back to see what you did the previous week and adding to that if necessary. I highly recommend this app for anyone.

Love the interface! Very minimal, easy layout, tracking is quick and you can add exercises that aren’t in the database without a hassle. Love the data component as well where it shows the progression of weight on graphs with the selected exercise, makes it easier to progressively overload. Overall, highly recommend!

Perfect. It’s just perfect, it does all the tedious work for you while all you have to do is name the exercise, put how many sets you do, the reps, and the weight. It makes you WANT to track your progress.

Perfect. Always loved this app - the new update really seals the deal though. The UI is perfect and easy to use. Functionality aside, this app has genuinely helped me increase my strength by a hefty amount. If you use this app as its supposed to, it truly is a game changer for weight lifters.

Love this app. Tracking is very streamlined and the automatic timer when recording a set is super nice. I usually put my phone and do not disturb and the allow notifications from only this app and my workouts have been amazing since I started using it

Simple but effective. Gym logging has always been something I wanted to take seriously. Before I was using my Notes app and it was messy, I was also not tracking time between sets which meant it was hard to tell actual progress. I use 5 mins for back chest and shoulder press, 3 for arms and 2 for lat raises. Good app that helps me progress accurately.

I’ve used a lot of apps for Hypertrophy training but none are as good as Setgraph

If you are interested in progressive overload and pushing harder than the last time, then this app is for you. You can track all your exercises (including cardio) l and set customized rest times between sets for each exercise. That’s all you need in order to progress

This app has saved me more times than I can count. If you have trouble keeping track of you’re sets, weight, progress, this app is the way to go. It’s affordable, and easy to use. I workout 5 or 6 times a week, and if I didn’t have this app, I wouldn’t be as consistent! I highly recommend this app!!!

Been using this app for a few years now! Love it! Great way to set up your routines, keep track of them, and plan for gradual processions to heavier weights. My workouts would be way less productive! I can’t see why I see some guys still using a pen and a notebook!

I’ve used this since I started weight lifting again 4 months ago. It is so nice to have all my sets in one place where I can visibly watch how my reps have changed since I started working out. It helps me plan when it’s time to start doing more weight and has definitely been a crucial part in my success.

This app is super easy to use. You create your workouts by adding exercises and it offers suggestions on how to group them. I’ve grouped mine by muscle group worked. Now I’ll always know what to do on back day! It’s simple to add your reps and sets. It tracks your progress instantaneously too.

Easy to use with thoughtful, simple UI/UX design. In addition to the main use-case of logging and reviewing sets, the app has an in-built feature request board that you can add, vote, and comment on. These guys care and it shows!
