Best workout app

Setgraph is an amazing app. It’s so nice to be able to easily see my progression in my lifts over the past few weeks and months. The barbell assist for how many plates I need to load up is also really helpful. Creating different workouts is easy and intuitive. It also tracks how long since the last time you’ve done a lift with the weight, sets, and reps. It’s worth getting the premium too! I’ve also contacted the app developers with various questions, and they’ve always responded quickly and with good info! 11/10! 💯 recommended!

Very Useful. One of the best gym apps I've used. The addition of a rest timer is a great feature. The app also includes a 1rm calculator with reps and % which is useful if you need some help deciding what weights to use!
