"Helps me progress accurately"
Simple but effective. Gym logging has always been something I wanted to take seriously. Before I was using my Notes app and it was messy, I was also not tracking time between sets which meant it was hard to tell actual progress. I use 5 mins for back chest and shoulder press, 3 for arms and 2 for lat raises. Good app that helps me progress accurately.
