"Super useful for tracking weight"
Super useful. This app is super useful for tracking weight and pushing you to do more weight, you can tell it your pr and it’ll give you a good working weight that will challenge you and improve your max for that exercise. It’s also good for looking back to see what you did the previous week and adding to that if necessary. I highly recommend this app for anyone.
