Every day you complete a workout extends your streak. Whether your workout comes from sets you've logged in Setgraph or a workout synced through Apple Health, your progress counts toward keeping your streak alive.

Your current streak is displayed prominently on the new Streak Dashboard, making it easy to see how you're doing at a glance.

Rest Days That Work With Your Schedule

Life happens, and missing a workout shouldn't automatically erase your progress.

That's why every user starts with 3 Rest Days. Rest Days automatically absorb missed workout days, helping you maintain your streak when you need a break, travel, or simply can't make it to the gym.

You'll also see how many Rest Days you have available and how many you've used directly from the Streak Dashboard.

New Streak Calendar

Track your consistency over time with the new Streak Calendar.

The calendar provides up to 5 years of workout history and uses color coding to clearly distinguish between:

  • Workout Days

  • Streak Days

  • Rest Days

It's a simple way to visualize your habits and see the bigger picture of your fitness journey.

Personalized Streak Goals

Not everyone works out every day, and that's okay.

During onboarding, you'll choose a workout cadence that fits your lifestyle, such as 3 days per week, 4 days per week, or more. Your streak is then tailored to your personal goal, helping you build sustainable habits instead of chasing unrealistic expectations.

Celebrate Your Progress

Starting a streak, reaching milestones, and maintaining momentum should feel rewarding.

Workout Streaks now include:

  • Confetti celebrations

  • Milestone achievements

  • Streak-start notifications

  • Optional daily congratulations

Prefer milestone celebrations only? You can customize your streak notifications at any time:

  1. Open Setgraph Settings

  2. Select Streaks

  3. Turn off Daily Congratulations

With Daily Congratulations disabled, you'll only see notifications for major streak milestones and achievements.
