Best workout tracking app!
I use this app to track my strength training workouts and it has kept me progressing and getting more results. I’m changing my rep range and weights on a weekly basis and this app makes it so easy to figure out how much weight I need to add or remove to continue progressing at various rep ranges. I love that it’s so easy to input the set after I finish one. It takes maybe 5 seconds to record and I can view records by a workout, session, or single exercise. Big thanks to the developers of this tool!
